Red Light Wonder
The media could not be loaded. The wand is lightweight and easy to hold, making it a breeze to target those pesky joint and muscle pains. The red lights emit a warm and comforting glow, instantly calming you down and putting you in the relaxation zone. But what really impressed me is the effectiveness of this therapy. It ended up working just as well as the one that was used on me in physical therapy after I had my ankle surgery, which was simply amazing because having one of my own meets I can do it more often and it's a lot more budget friendly.Best feature - idiot proof, anyone can use this

Way over priced and underpowered
I bought this because of the form factor and a setting it advertised but isn’t actually there. I was hoping it would be a step up in power and ease of use from the $35 flashlight-type unit I’d been using. It has almost three times the amount of bulbs, so I thought it would do the job much more quickly. What a disappointment!. I’ve found the number of bulbs is irrelevant when it comes to RLT products. The power of these bulbs is a joke, the settings are minimal, it’s cheaply made, and it didn’t help even 1/10 as much as my $35, ultra sturdy flashlight unit that I can see all the way through my hand and feels like a laser when I target a trouble spot. This thing was worthless and was returned.

Great little device!
The media could not be loaded. I have been using red light therapy units for a few years now. All of them have been rather large and not all that easy to work with. This one is really lightweight and cordless. I haven’t used it long enough to attest to the blue light, I will adjust my review when/if I see a noticeable changes with the blue light. But I will say I like the red so far! I have a Job where I am sitting 8 to 10 hours a day. My neck tends to get tense and tightens up midway through the day. I was able to put this on the back of my neck and positioned it between my neck and the chair. I could feel the sharp pain starting to ease up after about 8 to 10 minutes. Very happy with the results. Normally I have to wait until I get home before I can get release out of my neck or go to the chiropractor on my lunch break. I also like the fact that I will be able to take it traveling with me, since it is cordless and USB rechargeable.

Good red light wand
The media could not be loaded. I really like this little red/blue light device. I've been using red light therapy for quite a while. I have a few other devices that I love bu bet they all need to be plugged into the wall so I'm kind of stuck doing it on the couch which is fine but sometimes I'll get a muscle ache at work (my job is really physical) and it's so nice to have one that's portable and the charge lasts a long time. It's really lightweight and easy to use. I can use it anywhere. The light feels really nice but not hot. It comes in a nice, kind of rigid carrying case that makes it easy to bring to work or the gym with me.

I Found It Confusing to Use
For the higher price I am disappointed in the instructions. First there's no indicator on the device showing which mode you are using. It perhaps starts on highest level and works backwards to the lower blue setting? Or is blue/red together a less powerful setting than red? Is blue/red together the infrared setting, or is bright red the infrared setting? It doesn't say so I'm just not sure. The middle red setting may be the highest setting for painful joints & healing pulled muscle, just not really sure since the included booklet is so vague & not very helpful for using the device for specific needs, nor does the booklet say how close to hold it to the skin, or if it's safe to touch the skin. The booklet does indicate it starts out at the default lowest setting, but isn't blue light the lowest power setting? Because blue comes on last when you click thru the modes. For the high price I expect much more clarity, perhaps some simple charts, & better instructions overall. And a mode indicator light like other less expensive devices feature would be very helpful to know which mode you're in. Also, what does pulse do? It does tell you how to turn pulse on, but nothing much about what it's for. In fairness, I'm not yet sure how well this device actually works yet for my needs because I'm not sure the best way to use it with the somewhat poorly written application instructions.

Red Light Works
The media could not be loaded. I have been searching for an infrared light wand to use for a while, and I decided to try this one, after reading a few of the positive reviews. As fate would have it, I managed to fall and hurt my hand the day it arrived. The fall caused a painful knot on the front of my hand and I used this three times that first day, and the pain and swelling disappeared. In fact, I forgot I hurt it until that night when I looked at my hand and saw a faint bruise. I bought this to help with hip pain, so I hope it works for that too!

Update: after a few days of use the product has stopped working and no matter how long I charge it for it will not turn on. The seller is not responding to me either
