Compact and spools back in smoothly every time. I keep one in all of my work/travel bags to use with wall chargers and power banks. Works at 100W as advertised. Having it in the spool saves me from having to dig out a tangle of cable. Being a flat cable prevents twists and makes the retracted package more compact than if it were round. Have been carrying it daily and using it a few times a week and it still looks and functions the same as when I received it.

I have zero complaints about this.Spectacular little piece of equipment, roughly the size of an orange in width when it's retracted.Never only pull on one side when trying to extend the cable. Make sure that you pull both sides and wait until the tension goes loose.If you let go of this thing when it's retracting it'll go all the way if you're not careful.Data speed is insane.

The retracting mechanism is very smooth and well made. The body was surprisingly good quality, I expected a cheap plastic feel but it's velvety smooth and shiny. I love that the cord is flat. Works great on the go with my portable charger.

Good quality but they have made it too heavy for a cable you might wanna carry every say on your backpack.

Got this as I recently upgraded phones and can now use USB-C cables.Had something similar previously that I used when traveling, and was very handy as it was compact and meant I had one less loose cable in my bag.This one is nicer as it's about twice the length, so I shouldn't have to struggle to reach a wall outlet anymore, and personally I'm a fan of the color purple, so it was nice to have that color as an option. The cable extends and contracts smoothly, obviously a bit larger than my last one but it's still nice and compact for traveling, plus it's form factor and color mean it's easy to spot in my bag among the other cables and adapters.Overall I'm quite happy with this, should serve well for many years.

At first this product worked great, I haven’t used it too much but the mechanism is getting tight and one of the usb connections is a bit loose and doesn’t always work. But at first this was a great cable I just wish the build quality was better.Update : The Baseus customer service was excellent and responded quickly to my cable being poorly built. The replacement is smooth and so far the connectors are much better!
