The design itself is very easy to use, however having received a faulty one I contacted the seller for a return. After some back and forth the seller agreed it could be returned which I’d have to pay for and they’d refund once checked. Hearing nothing back from returning it, I chased them which they then refunded (without postage) when I contacted again about my postage refund I got no response - really disappointing.

we always use and last one broke so this was a replacement. Does what it says and has become a essential for travel. Delivery was shocking fast ( had prime ) and overall we’re happy

Does exactly what you would expect. I found it uncomfortable to hold when the luggage was heavier, but it was accurate at least

Good size handle, easy to use, tried it with bags of sugar, and seems pretty accurateBought for fishing, same scale with a camo finish, fifteen quid more! No brainer!

This product is substandard. The battery covers would not go back after fitting the batteries,( the hinges are very thin plastic and were bent) and the scales stopped working the second time I tried them (just before going away), so not only inconvenient but an utter waste of money.
