Very good machine just don’t touch with water at all

I bought this item , sent it to my mom back in my country as a birthday gift , it arrived at the time of me writing this , she told me it didn’t come with the laser head that detects the dust , I came back here and I read every line to find out that the “ detect “ series comes without the laser head , so we are buying a vacuum that’s worth around 500$ for them to cheap out on adding a laser so you would buy it separately .Conclusion:- if Amazon wanna become “Temu” and allow item name scamming , I tell you what I used Amazon because I trusted them and enjoyed the hassle free shopping , well now I don’t since I have to read a whole essay of words to see if my detect vacuum comes with the detection head included good job amazon …..

Superb handy and highly useful and effective tool for indoor use.

Good over all. However the long hair did tangle in the brush a little bit after the second use

I personally checked with dyson about this version and they confirmed by the barcode that its original from the seller

How i can appreciate the product if the best part of it is not included? The laser head part can’t be bought in UAE as well.

Ben generation iş perfect. The price is very good.

Not worth to buy if you have older version , exact same the older models like V11 .Even some parts are missing, not recommended, butter to buy a cheaper version and older models, they are exact same .
