They are extremely hard wearing and he has found them really comfortable, whether walking the dog or simply using for every day use. You can hose them off indoors or outdoors, however they will fade in under 6 months from the water & sun. He also miss the lawn in them, & they’re no worse for the wear. I buy my dad a new pair every 10-12 months; this is a very sturdy shoe for an average outdoorsman. **Q: do these slip on?** A: Not by design, however they are wide enough to just try it.
