This works on buckets with the small screw lid. It's fantastic. Just screw it on, and pour out the paint. None ends up on the bucket or cap threads. After you're done, take it off, put the clean cap back on the clean bucket, and clean the spout for next time. Because the spout's hole is pretty small, not much air gets into the bucket, so it can be left on for quite a while as you use out of it. The paint doesn't skin over in the bucket. After you're done, dried paint comes right off of the spout like its made of Teflon. (I've only used it with latex)

Took me a while to figure out how to install this. Once installed, it works well. Only wish there was a cap on the end to keep paint fresh in between pourings.

Must need for anyone using 5 gallon buckets of paint. Saves the giant mess and wasted paint when trying to pour. This snaps right on the lid and works as intended. The plastic is kind of thin but after almost 10 gallons of paint, it is holding up well.

This was easy to connect to my 5 gallon paint bucket lid. It has a nice secure fit and it does not leak at all around it. They seem to be made really well and feels nice and sturdy. The opening is larger so the paint flows through much easier.

It did not fit on every five gallon bucket we got, but I loved when I could use it. Less spillage. Easy.

It does not properly fit the plugged hole in top of 5 gal bucket of paint. It can be forced into the hole, but it is not secure. There are no threads on it to lock it in place. It could function for one pour but fail for next resulting in very large spill, mess, and lost paint. You can find my pour spout in the bottom of my partially used 5 gal paint bucket. NOTE: It may fit and function on some 5 gal buckets that have a raised threaded lip on the hole, but it fails on bucket tops with only a punched hole (like Cabot stains).

I should have got one of these a long time ago. They are great. No mess after pouring the paint at all. Great item

This spout is too big to fit any 20 liter/5 gal. paint cans I've ever seen.
