I'd never heard of this stuff until the doctor recommended it for a severe case of poison ivy. My arms were so covered in blisters that the doctor had prescribed me oral and topical steroids, and I was in constant pain. The relief I got from using this soak was amazing. The cool water soak is helpful on its own, but the medication in this helps dry out the blisters. I was using it three times a day (resting my arm in a pan, and putting soaked wash clothes over the parts of my arm that didn't fit in the pan), and it still took a week for my poison ivy to really calm down enough to be sort of comfortable, so I didn't find this an instant cure - but in terms of relief, it played a huge role.

Works better than anything else for calming and healing skin-fold rashes.
