When I go to visit my sister I always give her dog one of these Snausage Dog Treats when I arrive. Since we had only two left, it was time to order more. However, there was a slight problem. I was able to submit the issue to Customer Service and within seconds of submission, I received a call from Customer Service. The young man was extremely considerate, well-mannered, helpful, knowledgeable, and apologetic for the difficulty I was having. He informed me he would refund the payment to my credit cart, and that I could reorder the item if I still wanted to. To tell the truth, I was dumbfounded that not only was the response so lightening fast but also that the problem was handled equally as fast. In all of my 70+ years, I have never, ever had a customer service experience where the problem was as quickly resolved and as delightfully pleasant as this one. Amazon is to be congratulated and commended. We have used these Snausage dog treats (not on a routine daily basis but only for special treats) for a number of years with a beagle, a Rottweiler, now a Doberman, and several of my sister's dogs, all mixed breeds. All of these dogs have loved these beefy cheesy snacks. The snacks have been especially helpful with training where the treat is cut into small pieces for the dog's reinforcement reward. Our dogs learned to recognize not only the word "Snausagges" but also the package. We have never had a problem with any of our dogs with the snacks. My dog loves these and I’ve been buying them for years. However, recently the price for Snausages has doubled, for no apparent reason. Will be looking for a substitute.
