Changshade Smart Zebra Roller Blinds Motorized Shades Work with Alexa, Window Shade Intelligent Electric Automatic, Black, JZCMD-RBS-BK-DNA (MYDY25Z-1)

Ordered 5 white motorized with size as wide as 90”. It works great after installing it more than a month. Love the zebra style. The motorized feature of the blind work great. Just the some blinds doesn’t open partially intermittently as programmed in the scene using the welink App with one gateway. Have not tried to install the second gateway to troubleshooting it. Customer service is great and able to resolve a lot of my concerns. The installation instructions is bit lacking for the remote and gateway that interface with the motor. It is a great replacement of the IKEA motorized blind even though IKEA motorized blind is a cheaper. Will order more blinds with them.

I would definitely recommend this vendor to other buyers. I had an issue with sizing with my motorized blinds and a missing part. The vendor conducted research and confirmed the issue was on their end and corrected the issue. I have motorized shades from 4 different vendors. I have a new construction house with a lot of windows. I had issues with the products from the first 3 vendors shades too loud, not carrying all windows sizes, colors not matching between orders due to vendor changing suppliers, etc. However, Changshade had non of those problems. Customer service was responsive to my questions, their shades are very quiet and their remote is very up to date. When I made my purchase, I noticed they had a lot of 5 star reviews, and I wasn't sure if the reviews were legitimate. But based on my experience, I can confirm that the reviews are legitimate. I compared the shades to what you can get from the big box stores, and the quality is good. Installation was simple and easy. Light blocking is excellent. In my attached photo the Changshade is the middle shade. The two shades on the side are from a different vendors. The Changshade blocks the window frame from showing while the other two shades have the window insert and framing showing through the fabric. I will be switching out the other two shades and replacing them with Changshade shades.

So far these blinds are absolutely amazing. I have purchased blinds from at home consultants and spent a fortune. They look great , their priced great and most importantly so far they work great. Customer support is on top of it. They respond quickly and settled any issues i had promptly.

Ordered these blinds for a very large window. Customized perfectly and the quality is great. I had to reach out to the seller because I couldn’t figure out how to get them to work together. Seller was fast to respond to my concerns and I was able to fix the issue. Remote is simple to use, everything’s came with no missing items. Price was better than going to a big box store. Motor is quiet and has worked every time. I just love them, I ordered 2 more for my side windows. Would definitely buy more in the future.

We have a 125-year-old house and I've been sitting on the fence about putting blinds, shades or curtains up for several years. I bought thermal curtains to help with heating and cooling but hated the look. I bought sheer curtains and loved the look, but they do not help with heating and cooling. Finally, I came across these zebra blinds that are also remote controlled and work with our Google Home automations. We've had them up for a week now. I only bought the East windows (which are the longest windows) at first to see if this was going to work for us and we are really loving the look, and I can now sit at my dining room table and work from home without it being too cool. Their support reached out to us very quickly to verify our measurements and had our order shipped quicker than we expected. I'm getting the measurements for the North and South windows tonight and placing my next order for them! I love being able to program devices in my home to turn on or off, raise up or down, etc at certain times of the day. I can raise all 3 shades together or each separately. I never worry about leaving things on before work and things are already comfy and ready for me when I get home at night. Thank you Changshade! I love these new blinds!! UPDATE: I just received my other 4 blinds and my husband got them installed right away. Because they are so easy to install!! I've programmed them to work off 1 remote and added them to my Google Home. I've already programmed them to Open when I arrive home and to Close at bedtime. I LOVE these blinds and Changshade Support is wonderful. They made it too easy to buy all 7 shades!

I was pleased with the neatly packed shipment. The blinds themselves are beautiful and were surprisingly simple to install. Operating them remotely via SmartThings, Alexa, and Google Home is seamless and a great feature. I'll definitely be buying similar blinds for other windows in my home. I would appreciate more clarity on the warranty for the rotating motors, as there's no information regarding their long-term durability.
