Made from absorbent Italian balsa wood, these filters expertly reduce moisture buildup for a cleaner, smoother smoking experience. Backed by Savinelli’s renowned craftsmanship since 1876, these filters offer both quality and convenience, fitting perfectly into the brand’s convertible pipe system. ## Description Savinelli's acclaimed balsa wood filters fit into the shank and tenon of any pipe drilled to accommodate a filter. Favored for the material's porous, this natural balsa filter absorbs moisture, maintaining the life of your tobacco pipe. They're available here in 6mm size - ideal for Savinelli pipes with 6mm drilling. Savinelli's balsa filters naturally (without additives or chemical materials) absorb moisture, which can make the pipe more enjoyable and easier to clean. This power of absorption comes from the numerous and porous balsa fibers, without altering the tobacco’s aroma. Let your pipe cool before proceeding. Disassembling your pipe while hot can damage the stem. To remove the filter, turn the stem in a clockwise manner while gently pulling it apart. Repeat the clockwise motion when reassembling. Will this fit my pipe? These filters are made for 6mm drilled openings with a length of 38mm. Please check with your manufacturer to find out if this is the right size for you. How many times can I use a filter? Each filter can be used about 4-5 times before it will need to be replaced. ## Features - 6mm Drilling: These balsa filters for pipes are made for wood pipes with a 6mm opening - Natural Balsa: Absorbent with excellent ventilation, balsa is a wood used to prevent moisture buildup inside briar pipes - Instructions: To take apart your Savinelli pipe, store at room temperature, then rotate the stem clockwise and gently pull apart - Savinelli Quality: Founded in 1876, Savinelli is well known for their convertible system, allowing pipes to be used with or without a filter. ## Technical Specifications | Specification | Value | |---------------|-------| | Asin | B0C7XNN2W2 | | Best Sellers Rank | #109 in Cigarette Filters | | Date First Available | June 15, 2023 | | Manufacturer | Savinelli | | Product Dimensions | 8 x 6 x 4 inches; 3 ounces | ## Product Details - **Brand:** Savinelli - **Material:** Wood - **Color:** Brown - **Item Weight:** 0.2 Pounds - **Item dimensions L x W x H:** 8 x 6 x 4 inches ## Images ![Savinelli Pipes 6mm Balsa Wood Pipe Filters (300 Count) - Image 1](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/710jtKpYW9L.jpg) ![Savinelli Pipes 6mm Balsa Wood Pipe Filters (300 Count) - Image 2](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/61E2W++H5OL.jpg) ![Savinelli Pipes 6mm Balsa Wood Pipe Filters (300 Count) - Image 3](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/71ahQOYyK+L.jpg) ![Savinelli Pipes 6mm Balsa Wood Pipe Filters (300 Count) - Image 4](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/61mc2YxktoL.jpg) ![Savinelli Pipes 6mm Balsa Wood Pipe Filters (300 Count) - Image 5](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/71AhZhPqqQL.jpg) ## Available Options This product comes in different **Size** options. ## Questions & Answers **Q: Will this fit my pipe?** A: These filters are made for 6mm drilled openings with a length of 38mm.
