I wanted insoles for my trainers as the original ones were not comfortable anymore. These are perfect shape and very comfortable. My shoes feels like new again. Would definitely buy it again.

I ordered the large as it explains in the picture chart that large is size 10.5 US women and size 42M. I have size 8 feet which is size 10.5 US women and size 42 European and yet these insoles were so large that I had to give them to my brother who is size UK 12! I appreciate that you can trim the insole down but not that much without destroying it. Obviously I needed at least the size below but clearly I've translated the size guide incorrectly.My brother's happy. He said they fit straight into his boots, no trimming required. They have good strong arch support with a supportive but cushioned heel and a cushioned ball of the foot. They are also flexible and move with the boot.So a good insole if you can figure out the confusing size guide.Priced correctly for the quality.

These looked great. A friend had some and she highly recommended them. Unfortunately we couldnt use them as my husbands memory foam shoes were not suitable to use them in. So I returned them.

Suffered with dropped archsfor many years and have purchased numerous different types of insoles prior to these. Expensive but do they make walking a lot more comfortable.
