Nice tasting cafe latte
Tad bit sweet but it is delicious. I use this shake in my instant cold brew daily. Wonderful compliment!! You just have to shake the bottle for a couple of seconds to mix it together. I'm never disappointed.

Delicious protein shake, drink it by itself, freeze a bit of you want a slushy, put it on your breakfast cereal too start your day off right. Very satisfying. Can be a bit pricey but it's worth every bit!

Pour over ice
I can't drink any protein drinks straight out of these cartons, but this one, I like....pouring over ice and using a straw is a game changer. Add some whipped cream and caramel sauce for a great iced coffee drink.
