Worst product and worst brand in the business history - Don't buy
This is the worst brand I bought in my lifetime. Doesn't grind well and ingredients stay as chunky.Food processor Blades are slicing too thick or too thin.Mr.Customer Care Robin is so ignorant and negligent and asking me to raise a police complaint If I want to get the issue resolved.After 4 months of pursue on warranty there is no fruitful outcome and I am couriering back the product to the head office as I am fed up with this company and its customer care.Please don't buy if you want to have peaceful life.I am considering this purchase as an unintentional charity donation made to Butterfly Gandhimathi Appliances - Chennai.

Not worth for money
Once a dough is prepared in this, second time it is not working. I don't think the product is worth to buy.

It’s so powerful and takes next to no time with anything, although juicer is not the best..

It serves its purpose, But it broken down in 2 days. Seller was very helpful, prompt email response and send me the spares required. It got a very powerful 1HP/745 watts motor, which is more than enough for grinding rice for Indian food. But the quality of cog wheels under the jar and top of the machine is very poor quality, both got crushed and needed replacement on day 2 of use. Ill fitting jar caps too tight to remove. No safety lock. Still I recommend, but go for a cheaper one.

I purchased this item by looking at the picture., When opened I was very disappointed with the quality. Specially the cover for the items. Very cheaply made. I returned immediately in original condition . The seller charged me restoking fee . Amazon prime never charged me a restocking fee. I ordered because I had Amazon prime and never charged a restocking fee. Will never buy any thing from this seller.

This is my first mixer grinder ever and I am just so happy about it. Undoubtedly the looks are elegant and functionally, I started with dosa batter and peanut chutney, which turned out perfect in less than a minute. I am yet to use the juicer and the large jar. Definitely this is an attractive functional piece in my kitchen.
