I got these for my papaya trees. It’s to keep the bugs from laying eggs in the fruit. They are a good size and are working well👍🏽

I use this size of bag for my dragon, fruit and grapes. The bags are durable and stitched well. Simply insert the fruit and then pull the strings on either side of the bag anti-closed.These bags are washable, usually I just throw them in a garment bag and in with the regular laundry. One thing that I didn’t notice that happens from time to time is that the strings come untied so just make sure that on either side of the bag, the strings are tied to each other so that you don’t have to restring bags. I have had to do this, so it’s doable but it’s better not to make the mistake that I made. These bags will fade from green to light yellow in the sun, but it does not impact their ability to protect the fruits. The bags are soft and breathable, allowing sunlight and water to penetrate through the bags. I simply remove the bags when the fruit is ready for picking. The fruit is nice and clean and ripe and free of insect damage. These bags do not prevent sunburn. My lemons will still sunburn, but they are no longer bothered by the birds.

These fruit protection mesh bags are well made. So glad these bags are big sizes, I need them for my tomatoes and persimmons since they’re in clusters. These bags protected my fruits from birds and squirrels. They are very useful not just as fruit protection, they make excellent gift bags. I like the army color plus the straw strings make it easy for closure. I recommend these bags.
