CAUTION: if you don't want your bedding and mattress permanently stained, don't choose this product. I ordered and received the 2 pack silk pillowcase in red two months ago with the hopes of the silk material being better for mine and my partner's skin and hair as well as staying a bit cooler in the summer. Upon opening the package, I washed the cases and put them on my pillows to begin immediate use. All was well, until the next wash day for our bedding. I immediately noticed after stripping our bed that the pillowcases have stained the actual pillows as well as the sheets and mattress protector. Anywhere the pillow rested with the silk pillowcases has a bright pink hue. For some this might be a total nightmare, but luckily our sheets are red so no real damage done there. The mattress protector and the pillows are always covered so I'm not too mad about that either. Thankfully, I haven't noticed any color transfer to our skin which would be my deal breaker. Overall, these are good pillowcases minus the staining factor hence the rating I gave.

I decided to give it 4 stars because although it is a nice silk pillowcase, it absorbs so much. I hate when I am hot and resting my face on the pillow because it just makes it more hot. I get up in the morning and get to see how much of my face oils seeped onto the pillowcase. I am sure my hair loves it but for a person with oily skin, proceed with caution.P.S. I do clean my pillowcases often. I have to clean it every other day. Yes, that is how oily I am. Thank you.

I purchased these because I heard they keep your hair nice and don't leave marks on your face where there may be a fold in your pillow case material. It does what it says. So if you want to keep your hair nice and keep creases off your face this is a product you need to purchase

Love these they feel very luxurious and do well in my washing machine on like a previous pair I bought that look terrible after a few washes .

Very beautiful pillow cases. I bought the grey for my daughter. I purchased the black for myself and when she saw mine. She wanted a pair as well.Nice envelope back on them, pillows don't slide out.Great for your face and hair too.My second purchase of these.

In the beginning, they looked great. I haven't even washed them yet (they're for decoration) and the material has already picked and has discoloration.

Great pillowcases and I love that they completely enclose the pillow so they don't slip off. I have a tendency to remove pillowcases in my sleep which is super annoying and not at all a problem with these!

Love the color and softness. Very happy with it but will I will probably need keep it covered by bedspread and not in view.As they can only be hand washed, it's not so easy to remove traces of overnight face cream which spoils the appearance. Guess these traces would be less visible on a light color but mine are a beautiful, rich chocolate brown
