I LOVE THIS WAIST TRAINER!. I am so excited to see my results over time. I am very picky about shapewear and things of that nature, as i am used to using firm steel-boned underbust corsets from various brands. This is so much more comfortable and almost just as effective! I will say that i think these are VERY true to size (US). I usually wear XL and ordered that size.. VERY HAPPY with this product. I rely heavily on reviews while ordering online, so for those looking at these reviews trying to decode if this is worth the purchase, i definitely approve! Wpuld buy again. And again. Will buy a large when i get to that size! ;)

Super comfortable. I’m a emergency department nurse. I wear this during my twelve plus hour shifts, four to five shifts a week. I also wear it while sleeping. The t shirt I wear under it gets soaked with sweat but my scrubs remain dry. Does not have a body odor smell after same. Easy to clean in washing machine and air dries quickly. I’ve been wearing it for three weeks. I have not lost weight but I’ve lost inches and am buying the next size down.

I am pretty big, close to 300 lbs. I'm 5' 4 and this waist trainer works. I ordered the 2XL(US 18) I haven't used a waist trainer in years and I regret it because that's what kept me smaller, but since I stopped I started growing sideways. Now I have this baby, and boy does it make you sweat. Use it to move around the house while you're cleaning and use it to walk outside, you are guaranteed to sweat. Don't think just wearing and sitting down will work, it won't. You can use it do go out but you're better off getting another one of the same. One for sweating and one for leisure. These trainers are to be moving. When done using it, just wash with warm soapy water and hang dry. I recommend. Great price. Going to continue using it and will purchase another one when it wears out

This waist trainer fits perfect ordered an xl (size 16) I’m 215, 5’4 great to workout in and sweat! Quality Sweat Vest, didn’t have smell like some brands, fits true to size would definitely recommend also price is affordable so once you start losing weight easy to grab another size

This is my 2nd time ordering the shape vest and both were as expected which neither have disappointed me. I'm on a weight loss journey and I know others are too! To be more descriptive of the vest I am 5'6 with a long torso and had trouble finding a vest to fit me. When I got my first one it was a 2X and then I weighed 245 lbs, it wasn't too short or tight...it fit perfect covering my entire torso! I grew out of it and now weight 218 lbs and my biggest prob is my stomach which has gotten smaller but measurements are 43 inches. I took a chance on getting the XL this time and glad I'm glad that I did. My daughter had to help me zip it up and it fits perfect cause I wanted this one to be tighter. It does have a smell but it's not as bad as others are saying. To me it's the smell of something of such material would have being that it is brand new. The XL still covers my entire torso which I like but it also is a little shorter than the last one, assuming because the bigger ones are aimed to cover more stomach than the smaller ones! Hopes this helps because I wanted to go into full detail on my experience with this vest. I didn't get a discount or get it for free, I paid full price of $17.99 for my vest. If your like me you want details not that it just fits perfect on a size your trying to guess on how big the person was. If your thinking of getting the 2X my waist measured around 47 or 48 inches then and now I'm 43 inches wearing the XL vest. I workout in it or just wear it casually under my clothes. Hope this helps whomever is reading this and use your own judgement in ordering any waist trainers, that's what I've learned now.

This is my 3rd day in a row wearing the sweat vest and so far i really love it, it works just as well, if not better, than sweat vests that cost 3-5x the cost! It is made really nicely, with no loose threads or ends, and it is definitely sturdy. i've seen sweat vests that have thicker material, but i love the fact that this material is thick enough to be sturdy but thin enough to not be so heavy on the body, or add lots of bulk to your silhouette. the zipper is super well made and i'm not worried about it breaking while in use. i ordered a size XXL and i used a measuring tape and the measuring chart to size myself. i did not go by my pants size. i found the vest to be more or less true to size, but i ordered a size down to give myself a tighter fit. this was a really good idea as my belly is really soft and pliable and not firm, so i can really squeeze myself into a smaller vest for a better look. the first day it was tight but not uncomfortable and i was able to wear it all day and evening long. while it did stretch the tiniest bit that first day, i do still really well supported and my posture definitely is being corrected while wearing it so the stretch doesn't render the product defective or useless in any way. the next time i order i'll go down another size, as by then my body will be conforming to the fit and hopefully i'll have lost a bit of weight. It is not uncomfortable for all day wear, although the feel of it does take some getting used to against my skin especially once i start sweating! and yes, with this vest, you do sweat, even when NOT working out!!! I tried to make my skin more comfortable this by wearing shaping underwear underneath the vest. while doing this does protect my skin much better, the vest slides up and down against the underwear, so i have to say it's best to wear the sweat vest directly against the skin, as it's meant to be worn. for me this isn't a deal breaker, and at night after the vest comes off i just shower well and feel better. when you wear it this way it does not move at all and offers lots of support. this is really good if you have belly fat that hangs below, because the vest really pushes against it without slipping up, leaving your belly hanging out. to get the best lower belly support, i highly suggest pulling the vest on from your legs and not zipping it up. when i pull it up and on instead of zipping it, i get to "catch" all of my lower belly fat and press it into my body. this gives more support in that area and gives me a much sleeker look, which i really like. it would be nice if the product were a bit longer for women with long torsos like me, but i find that again, by pre zipping it and then pulling it on and up your body, you can get a much better fit with it than by zipping it on.overall i absolutely cannot complain about this item for the price i paid for it...it works and is worth it! i thought i would be disappointed because it's so affordable, but decided to go with other amazon reviews and purchase it, and i'm so happy i did! i'm already making plans to get the Adjustable Body Shaper too! it is really within my budget and i think if nothing else, this is a great way to look and feel better, while also giving my body extra support and a little sweat boost.
