Great boots, second pair - hard wearing and fast delivery

Boots ordered were meant to be a 5, when arrived they looked small. Put them up against another branded size 5 and the difference was clear. The boots also seemed too soft in the toe area too. Returned around a month ago and still no refund received despite getting confirmation I would.
