I have an hourglass shape, with a 29 inch waist, high hip of 35, and lower hip (top of thigh) of 41. I opted for the medium as I was looking for some serious compression of my lower belly pooch. For that, these are actually quite amazing. Best coverage of the lower belly that I've seen so far out of all the shapers I've tried! But, I also have legs that are on the thicker side with fat on my inner thighs all the way down to my knees (common in hourglass types), and these are a bit uncomfortable around my lower leg. I wish I'd sized up for that reason alone, even though they fit great from the hips to waist.

I really like that the fabric is so thin because it makes it unnoticeable! It has light compression (tummy control) but I mostly got this to help with anti-chafing so it works great. I also truly like that the elastic around the legs doesn't "dig in" my thighs, which many sculpting shorts do. It is not too high, as it is meant to target lower tummy, so it's perfect to wear with pants as well. I hand wash in tap cold water and let air dry so the fabric won't lose its elasticity.

These are lightweight and breathable. It fits comfortably and slims under clothing, enhancing the look of tighter-fitting clothing. There is a gummy rim around the waist to prevent it from rolling down. It becomes noticeable after wearing it.

It works great its super supportive, and it gives me the perfect shape, it's high quality and really comfortable, 5 stars I highly recommend

I think it doesnt do much for the belly, but it lifts my butt very nicely.As expected it squeezes out the fat from the waist, which is normal with shorts.Also it makes a loud noise when your legs touch as you walk so definitely not for a dress or skirt.For the little compression on the belly and the unfortunate noise it makes it took away 2 stars, but I did love how it lifts and shapes the butt.
