Great quality
The little hats have crisp detail and are made of thick, sturdy plastic. The safety vests are sewn together well, without missed seams, unfinished edges, etc.As stated elsewhere, the only downside is that the hats don't fit water bottle lids. The size, however, is described accurately in the listing, and they worked perfectly for my funny gnome display.

Hats don’t fit all water bottles
I used these for a senior night decoration. The hats did not fit a Dasani bottle but overall it was so cute! I just taped the hats on

Caps do not fit
The caps do not fit on water bottle lids . Very disappointing. The product description should include what lids the caps fit on !!!

Vests were cute but construction hats did not fit on bottle caps
The bottle vests were very cute for the adults at my son’s birthday party. The construction hats did not fit on the beer bottles or water bottles so I used them for cupcake toppers. The price is very expensive.
