If you happen to touch any button or dare to use any function (or breathe near them) with more than three paired they usually lose sync with one or more group member and you have to re sync the whole group. This would be more acceptable if doing the sync wasn't such a faff and usually a 45 minute long waste of time. The amount of frustration the £1500 worth of headsets caused our group of IT professionals on holiday is totally unacceptable. Unless you are extremely tech savvy don't even consider this product. The three button system is a usability fail, the next generation of product should have discrete buttons for "add member" and "pair". It's really not that hard. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ They work great. I feel like some of the reviews coulc have been written against an older firmware as mine connect and reconnect really easily. I maybe get about 200m in distance before it cuts out but that is more than enough to make them super useful. It's a lot of fun to chat to someone while you both hurl yourselves down the mountain.Boomless mic is really impressive. The mic is hidden inside the earpiece and sound quality is impeccable. Receiving calls is also super easy as is listening to music via Bluetooth phone. You can interrupt each other's music by switching your own device to intercom mode, but as soon as either one of you switches back to music, the other does so too.Great device for a ski group.
