Will this give lower lumbar back support ? I have pain on the right lower side of my back.

I can’t put hand on heart and say yes. What I can say is that I find it a bit like sitting in a car sports seat. It helps to support my lower back and sides. I find you have to sit back into it and sit up straight. It’s not a cure but I have less back pain since I started using it. I hope this helps.

Is this any good for tall drivers ,like 6'2?

Doubtful. My wife uses it for back problems and she is only 5 5.

I bought two pillows and on one the strap has completely snapped off please can someone tell me how i can refund or exhange this?
