A decent knife
This is a decent knife. Nothing amazing but it works well and seems to be holding an edge reasonably well. That is often the failing of cheaper knives. They come sharp but then lose their edge quickly. You can sharpen anything so coming sharp doesn't tell you anything. You can sharpen a metal ruler... it won't stay that way. Anyway, this looks well made and seems to be legit. I will update if I find any issues. So far, recommended.

Great kitchen knive-cleaver
The media could not be loaded. This is a great addition to any kitchen knife sets.It came in a nice plain box and would make a great gift. This knife - almost clever is reassuring heavy but with a nice balance and ever so easy to hold and use.The wooden handle with brass pins seem to be very well made to stand the test of time and the blade is ultra sharp.I wanted to leave this review as long as possible so as to use the knife every day which I have on meats, veg and fruit and over nearly a month of use virtually every day it’s still as sharp as on day one perfect. The blade as a nice wavy pattern so would look good hung from a knife rack.Overall to me this knife is perfect for any food and for day to day use.The price I think makes it a great bargain and I would definitely recommended and I’m glad to give it 5 stars all round.

A great Chef knife
This knife is a great chef knife. It has sharp edge and the blade is wide and long that goes all the way back to the edge of the handle thus making it stronger. This comes in handy when chopping meat and bones. Cutting jobs like chicken and veggies is a snap though I understand that the sharpness may not last longer and that I will have to sharpen it at some point however this at least shows the potential. The shape is looks cool as the design is great with marking on top edge. Most of the time, I am using it for cutting potatoes on a daily basis and this knife probably doesn't even notice them and it loves any kind of meats and chops and cuts them with eagerness. The weight is actually much lighter than many other chef knives of this size however this feels good and does not take away from the power of the grip. Overall a great chef knife for every day use. Thumbs Up!

Decent knife
This is a good knife, perfectly sized with good shape to the handle and not at all heavy in use. Has a sharp enough edge for my purposes, mostly, though oddly I have come across one scenario where it wasn't so good, namely slicing peppers where although the flesh was fine it struggled with cutting through the stalks easily - such stalks are a bit bendy though and because with this cleaver shape I'm cutting 'flat' rather than at an angle like you might do with a regular chef's knife, it doesn't go through so easily. Nothing to do with sharpness though. Perhaps I need to refine my cutting technique for use with this shape of blade.Couple of criticisms: I'm not a fan of the very angular shape to the hanging hook on the handle, I'd rather it was rounded for comfort. Secondly you only get a paper sheath with it, plus a couple of rather useless small plastic tip protectors which are pointless with a knife like this. It could do with having a proper protector, either a more durable sheath or else a plastic slip-on protector for the whole edge, supplied with it.

Choppy!
Its a great looking knife, the uneven texture on the blade and the dark wood look great together. The knife/cleaver itself is a good weight, heavy but not uncomfortable, I've used it for chopping various meat and it makes quick clean cuts, perfect. Its full tang so the blade goes all the way through the handle which makes it stronger, the blade is still sharp after two weeks of meat chopping, it appeared to have been oiled on arrival which is a good sign.I'd be happy to but this knife as a gift, it looks good and performs very well.

Fantastic Knife
Very solid sharp blade, the knife has a good weight to it. The depth makes it great for finely chopping as you can use your fingers to guide the blade. Seems to be holding its edge well so far.Blade and handle tang are a single piece of steel which is relatively thick, so it should be really strong and feels sturdy. The handle is simple, but nice looking, if a little rustic, and fairly comfortable, I find the hook at the bottom gets in the way of your grip sometimes, not very ergonomic but otherwise great.
