I am not a person who writes reviews normally. However, I wanted to write one for this amazing company. We love our nutrition scale. Having a diabetic child at home, it simply makes our life easier. I am sure everyone who uses the product will agree how convenient it is to use this smart scale. But this is not the reason for me writing this review. After using our scale for about 2 years, my wife accidentally dropped it in the sink and the glass portion of the scale is scattered. I removed the scattered glass parts and contacted the company to see if I can purchase the glass part separately so o can reattach/glue it myself. They responded immediately and sent us a brand new scale at no cost. I was not expecting that. It was an exceptional customer service experience. A great product coming from a great company.

nice compact design, inclusive food list, although the options feel a little dated, doesn't include some more recently popularized health foods, super nice to not have to go online to use. didn't quite figure all the settings out yet but fairly straight forward to use. would buy again

I started using this scale in January of this year, and it has helped change the way I think about food. After being in fat loss mode for over a year, I just couldn't get that last 25 or so pounds to come off. In January I decided to start tracking my food, specifically my macro-nutrients much closer. I bought this scale to help me do just that. Between the quick reference guide and the Android app, it's easy to find the foods I was using, and plug them in to weigh them. It also lets you program in your own foods. I have my own user codes for about 20 different things I fix or eat frequently, including air-fried chicken strips, and different coleslaws. As far as quality goes, I have no complaints. It's sturdy, solid, and the feet keep it from moving around. It's large enough that I can put very big bowls on and still use the buttons, but not so large that it takes up a ton of room on the counter. It's also thin enough that it can easily stow in a drawer or cabinet when not in use. The surface is smooth and wipes clean easily. I use it multiple times every day, and I've only replaced the batteries once so far. The zero feature works up to several pounds, and I have yet to find its limits. I'm sure it says in the manual, but I'm allergic to reading those. My only complaint is the clunkyness of the 'build a bowl' feature that lets you add different foods to the same weight. I find it easier to just add one at a time, track, and re-zero before adding the next food. But that's such a small complaint, I won't even take off a star for it. Otherwise, this is an excellent scale that has really changed the way I eat, and think about food!

Easy to use and read and looks nice. I ordered this scale to help manage T1D and carb counting. It is so nice to just use the scale vs. App and scale. Its simple to use and easy to read.

I’ve been doing WW and this here is a blessing as well. I love it has all the codes as well as an app cause sometimes I’d rather look it up on my phone. Extremely easy to clean just wipe it down. The back light on it is. Right only thing I’d change is I do wish the numbers were a little bigger but they are still very clear. It’s not really small enough to carry in a purse unless your like me and carry a bag big enough to hold the kitchen sink lol Dies come with battery which is not rechargeable which rush it was but not a deal breaker for me at all. It’s very light weight. Not as heavy as you would think. If you using food in a bowl before putting the code in be sure to press the zero button so it takes away the weight of the bowl. But yeah I think this is going to work out really good

If I had more stars to give for this product I would give more.Is the best scale ever!! Easy to use.Simple and chic design ,you can use it in grams or ounces and even is more expensive then most of the scales is totally worth it.I strongly recommend it! As a plus is caming with batteries attached...so is just ready to be used.

As a type 1 diabetic these scales are great as I carb count they make life so much easier as they take out the hard work of working all the food values out also great for any household as they tell you sugar value fat carbs I’m enjoying using them and yes I would recommend them

Delivery arrived without supporting reference book and when I asked for assistance they refuse I strongly suggest Amazon stop selling this scale if the person lives outside of U.S.

les codes pour la balance sont en anglais donc pas très pratique pour faire la recherche, on perd un temps fou. Au bout d'une semaine d'utilisation j'ai arrêté à cause de cela.
