These replacements met all three criteria, and they arrived on time and work well. One very minor thing to note is that each refill has a small plastic cover on the ballpoint -- so small it's easy to miss when putting the refill in. I suppose this is to keep the ink fresh, but it was just large enough to prevent the twist mechanism of the pen from working. Once removed, everything was all right. I put a note into the envelope for future reference, it would be nice if there was a sticker on the bag holding the refills noting this.
