Why does this say suitable for vegans when the ingredients list fish?

Hi! The cup is widely recyclable - just make sure that you unwrap the cardboard sleeve from the cup before putting in the recycling bin. We have recently changed the colour of the lids from black to pink ensuring they are always detected in recycling facilities and removed the plastic film around the noodles [these should be live in supermarkets soon]. We also made sure that the cup and lid are made out of 50% recycled plastic. We hope this answers your question and thank you for supporting itsu [grocery].

Basically, in the UK, "Katsu" is incorrectly used to refer to the "curry", even though the actual term refers to the "meat". It would be like Japanese shops selling vegan pies and simply calling them "meat", referencing "meat pies", but without the meat.
