Terrible product, waste of money
This is basically cheap honey (mainly sugar) with grainy crushed up black seeds in it. The honey set hard in a day! This is not actual black seed honey like stated! I have pure black seed honey regular and as I couldn’t get hold of any I thought I’d try this as a substitute. I don’t think there’s any pure honey in it and it tastes vile! Your better off saving your money and having a spoonful of cheap honey and a spoon of black seed! Rip off product, definitely not worth the money

Tastes really good and health benefits are great
Perfect to mix in sauces after they chilled down a bit . It helped with my inflammatory symptoms as well.
