Most soaps will clean your skin. It's just that some clean better than others, and then there are those that take things a step further and do even more for your skin. This is such a soap. Sure, you'll get clean skin, but it will also help to exfoliate your skin from dead skin cells, excess sebum and other debris. It's also soft and soothing for those who might be suffering from various types of skin irritations. That's what I was looking forward to. Now that the colder months are starting to kick in, I now have to deal with a little fungus build up along my torso from a little perspiration along the bra line without the benefit of air circulating around to prevent that from happening. That leads to itchy skin, as well as an eventual rash. This soap helps to remove that stuff. Best to lather this soap up along those areas and let it sit for a few minutes to do its job. Then rinse away which is easy to do.There are small slivers of kernels in here to help scrape away rough spots. Just be careful using by not pressing too hard against the skin because they can scratch if one or two are sticking out. It does feel great rubbing this against areas that tend to be a little itchy, especially along the legs. Soothes that itch while also moisturizing your skin. Feels great.Admittedly, I didn't care for the smell when I first opened this from its very nice and sturdy gift box it comes stored in. But for some odd reason, it smelled fine once in bath water and used along the body. It's not fragranced or anything like that. It's just the all of those good natural ingredients contained in this soap.Good for both men and women, especially if you have various sorts of skin conditions. The only ones that I would steer away from this soap are those who might have extra thin skin, such as those on various blood thinners. That's only because it might tear their skin too easily. Fine for everyone else. It will not only soothe irritated skin, but it will clean and soften the skin. Holds up well in bath water without mushing out on you. Overall, a good quality soap.

Decent product

This is a very nice natural soap bar. There are two things that made me remove one star from my review, the first is not having an ingredients list included with the soap. I had to look carefully at the Amazon listing to find out what exactly was in it. This could be a problem if you were giving this soap as a gift to someone. The second reason why I took off one star is because it has a very rough texture and it can easily scratch sensitive skin. Definitely recommend lathering this soap carefully in your hands before applying it to your face, or using it with a mesh poof for body cleansing. Other than that, this is a nice quality natural and non toxic bar soap that has a plain and somewhat nutty smell to it. I would recommend this soap to people with more oily skin the most. Keep dry in between uses too.

Learning about the benefits of bittim and am quite impressed. It seems like this little soap packs a punch and offers a lot for skin and hair.It’s a natural soap and doesn’t feel harsh on my skin, so good for multi daily use. It doesn’t lather much but feels clean. The smell is mild, scent reminds me of clay.The little hard bits in the soap is interesting. It was a bit rough for my but my husband likes that extra exfoliation.It doesn’t feel as creamy and luxurious as other soaps but it offers a lot of better ingredients that I hope to see the benefits with longer use.The packaging is really nice!

First, flavor? What?! Please don't test this soap for flavor! Second, I really like this soap. I even tried it on my hair and had a fantastic result. No film or dullness as can often happen if you wash your hair with body soap. One warning I will give, use this with a brush or a soap bag. The scrubby bits are VERY scratchy and poky, and after a few scratches, I used my bath brush for the rest of my shower. I put this soap in a sisal bag so I can use it safely next time. The soap itself is great, creamy lather and it really left me feeling clean. Just be careful using it on its own. Otherwise this is a winner.

My daughter suffers from a lot of acne, and has for many years. We have constantly been looking around for a better soap for her to use, and finally decided to give this Chi'Cho Natural Bittim Soap a try. So far we don't see a lot of changes, however, the soap is very pleasant to her and very soft on her skin. she says that she likes the smell of it and is grateful that the smell is not strong like a lot of American soap. It comes very well packaged in its little case and has a great presentation so this could even be giftable to someone. Overall it seems very nice and I would recommend it to other people looking for either a gift or if there child suffers from severe acne. Five stars!

This soap appears to be high quality. I do not particularly care for the scent, but other people might like it. I will admit that I had never heard of bittim before I came across this soap, so I was not sure what it would smell like. It did not irritate my skin. I like that it came in nice, giftable packaging. You can tell that this company takes pride in its products. If I had gotten a different scent, then I probably would have really liked this soap.
