For a hard working male who never sleeps due to worry of everyday life this is for you! I love the mg of melatonin I get. I am 240lbs and 6-4. If you are a smaller person I would start out with a lower dose. I wake up feeling energized because I sleep solid. Sleep will help regulate blood sugar, weight loss, mood, sex drive and stamina. Easy to swallow!

Works well and within 30 mins, also not too sweet not to plain. It's not as soft as the berry one but overall it's breaks down well and swallows easily. It helped me relax and sleep well for a solid 8 hours.

We take Melatonin on a nightly basis. We have tried several brands that are either chewable or dissolvable. Most have been effective but have a hideous taste. These are 40mg so you only need one pill. It’s quicker to chew these versus let them dissolve but they do not taste very good. We get solid sleep and wake up refreshed. Definitely can tell the difference between the 40mg and a brand with a much smaller mg. Neither of is have felt any side effects. The taste is not horrible and with the quantity and amount of mg you get these are well worth it.

I NEVER write reviews on Amazon but omg! This stuff is amazing. I take 2 before bedtime and I KO within 30 mins. I don’t even need my prescription sleeping medicine anymore (Trazadone). Would highly recommend this to people who have a hard time falling asleep.

This is one of the best parts of my bedtime routine. Its effective, easy to swallow, after dissolving and chewing a bit. It's strength supersedes regular melatonin tablets. I still have great energy levels in the morning and don't feel groggy. It has a bit of funny taste honestly, but it works and I love it and will continue using it. Still five stars!

These are decent for melatonin. I will say, I used to use gummies and these seem to be slower to work and don't seem as effective. However the strength in these do seem to make up for it a bit. It has a good amount in the dosage and seems like it was a good value as it was pretty cheap!
