I needed a new floodlight to replace one that had been damaged by water ingress and opted for this, which has the added bonus of also being a CCTV camera. Another reason for opting for an AOSU brand device was that I already have their front doorbell and so could use both from the same phone app. With the wiring already in place from the old floodlight, installation was an absolute breeze if you have some basic wiring skills, like I do. Setup was also very easy and it as log as you follow the included instructions, it is fairly fool proof to connect to your network and phone app. Once its up and running, its fairly easy to configure to your preferences and fine tune so you don't get unnecessary notifications or false positives. We have a cat and the camera is 'smart' enough to distinguish her from other potential intruders. I understand that if you opt to make use of the subscription service, there are more AI features that will make the camera even smarter, such as facial recognition to distinguish family members but one of my reasons for opting to buy an AOSU device was that subscriptions aren't a must and you can use the device without one. I'm actually happy with the pet detection, auto roam and the follow target functions that can be used without the need for subscription. In terms of quality, at 3K resolution this camera is more than adequate for our needs and is very clear during daytime and good during night when the infa-red mode kicks in. I've used the app numerous times from remote locations and for the most part it performs very well and have not been overly affected by any lags other other performance issues. The device will automatically switch from HD to SD mode if it detects network slowdowns and whilst night time images will look a little grainier, for the most part, this works rather well. All in all, I've been very impressed by this camera which feels like its very well made and performs very well. In fact, it has actually exceeded my expectations.

Generally a very good camera, I have two of these, but there are some pros and cons: Pros: Easy to install, so much easier than the ring floodlight cam Easy set up and configuration Good camera picture quality Able to move the camera and tracking works well Bright lights Great wifi connectivity No subscription Cons: Does trigger with the slightest little thing even with sensitivity turned down - motion detection a little too sensitive Thinks it sees humans when it could be a parasol blowing in the wind or a tree Will sometimes randomly go 'offline' for brief periods (like 2-3 mins) Doesnt like multiple wave wifi for connecting from a phone - sometimes I have to turn off wifi to connect to the camera

This security camera is fantastic value for money. It was bought to replace an old security light on the front of the house which meant we were able to utilise the existing power supply for the new device. This meant it was very simple and easy to install and setup, literally taking minutes to download the app and successfully link the camera to the network. The product is also able to be fully customised through the software to suit your location and security needs. In my case it provides an ideal technical combination that responds very quickly to light up my front drive and capture high quality images of any movement picked up in established detection zones. It is an impressive piece of kit.

A bit of a faff to set up but got there in the end (and I'm not an electrician). Excellent image quality and area coverage. Great WiFi connections. Only reason for 4 stars is you need to take out a subscription to enable the pet and vehicle detection. I haven't bothered as don't need it. If you do, cheapest subscription is £3.99 pm

We purchased the Aosu Floodlight Security Camera as an additional security measure for our home. The build quality of the camera is good. It was easy to set up and install. The realtime image and the recording of events is good quality. However, due to the PIR sensors being extremely sensitive and triggering during heavy rainfall; I contacted (by email) Aosu Customer Service. Nicole has provided excellent customer service by answering my many questions, updating the firmware and arranging for a new camera to be sent out when an issue was confirmed with the current one. The new camera has arrived and will be swapped over. Despite needing a new camera to be sent out, I am really impressed with the level of customer support provided by Nicole and the fact that the same person dealt with all my queries (no need to keep explaining the issues). Thank you very much Nicole.

I had an owned this camera now for 11 months and bought it as it had the flood lights attached for added security and convenience. I have been very pleased with how the camera performs and not only notifies me of people entering its field of view, but recorded without a subscription. I recently had an issue with the light and customer services replied immediately and came up with a solution. Thank you. I would recommend this item due to the added support that is given.

Sehr gute Überwachungskamera für den Außenbereich. Die Bildqualität ist dank 3K-Auflösung gestochen scharf, auch bei Nacht. Die Einrichtung ist einfach und die App übersichtlich. Bewegungserkennung funktioniert zuverlässig und die Verarbeitung wirkt hochwertig. Insgesamt ein überzeugendes Produkt mit gutem Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis.

Très bonne caméra. L’image est de qualité, les capteurs de mouvement sont efficaces et couvrent une bonne distance. L’installation et les réglages sont simples. Le service client est très réactif: j’ai eu un soucis sur l’enregistrement en boucle sur la carte mémoire et j’ai obtenu une solution un dimanche en moins de 6 heures. Seul point négatif : la caméra envoie trop de notifications si la detection intelligente (IA) n’est pas activée. Par contre si elle est activée, certains événements peuvent ne pas être signalés.

J'ai commandé plusieurs caméras extérieure Aosu. Très satisfaite du produit de L'image et la qualité sont en HD , les capteurs à 360° sont un plus au produit, ils couvrent une bonne distance. Le service client est très réactif si l'on rencontre un problème sur le produit. J'ai opté pour la carte SD et je n'ai aucun problème. Cette caméra est très fiable je la recommande les yeux fermés .
