I can't find that information on the info sheet provided. However it will decompose if subject to air or light. For example if you water it down and put it in a spray bottle it will start to bubble and gas off so put it in a metal spray bottle like those used in hairdressers. Also make sure it is stored in the bottle supplied and in the cardboard sleeve provided.
