Delicious Vegan Gluten Free Bagels
I freeze these and they thaw out perfectly to make sandwiches for lunch or breakfast on. Have ordered multiple times and smell SO good when they come in, and are just as delicious!

Very Thin
If you like a thin, crisp bagel, this is for you. The flavor is fine - i.e. not bad at all, but not remarkable. What is remarkable is how little substance there is. Very large hold and very thin bagel. Thicker than a cracker but not as thick as a pancake. So, holding stuff isn't great. And there's no sensation that I associated with a bagel - biting through something of substance that is somewhat chewy and bready. Won't be buying again.
