Good quality insoles which have lasted me weeks so far, rather than the days they usually last.

These were brought following my hip replacement. They are very good but be careful that your shoes/boots have enough room for them as well as your feet! They are more bulky that’ll they look and need some scissor work to fit well. Overall good but not sure I would buy again because of the faff to make them fit better.

Just cut a tiny piece off the top to get an exact fit in my shoes. Completely comfortable. Loved them so much, I bought 3 so I wouldn’t have to switch them in and out

Did not make any difference, in fact made my Plantar worse, needed more heel support.

The media could not be loaded. 結構厚みがありクッション性が高いです。靴擦れを起こし気味の靴に入れてみたところ靴と足の隙間が無くなったせいか全く擦れる感じがしませんでした。衝撃吸収もしっかりしてくれるしとても良かったです。

よく出来たインソールだと思います。ヒールカップ、土踏まずのアーチ、クッション性等々。ただ元々のインソールから入れ替えると厚みが変わってしまうので靴紐の結び方やソックスで調整する必要があるかもしれません。シビアなフィット感が求められるタイプの靴に入れるのは注意が必要。

足底筋膜炎なので色々試していますがこちらの特徴としては・3Dアーチサポートで足裏の体重が分散される・ 素材に固さがあるので足のアーチを崩さない。・ヒールカップがU型ででかかとがしっかり守られる・生地の通気性があり、抗菌効果もある。と言ったところです。多機能なのですが、少し厚みがあるので靴は選ぶと思います。

このQBKインソールを使って改めて気がついてのですが、Supinserts は土踏まずだけでなく足の中央にも突起があって足裏を刺激してくれます。QBKはSupinserts と比べやや土踏まずの部分が低いようです。また、足の中央部分は平らです。DYN walkerは全体が平な感じです。この3つのインソールは同じ会社が製造しており、Supinserts＞QBK＞DYN walkerの順に土踏まず、中央の出っ張りが大きいです。最初は平らなDYN walkerに不満がありましたが「お好みの商品をお選びください」というメーカーのメッセージ、ラインアップなのでしょう。
