The 3m strips this comes with are very strong and permanent! If you want to screw it to something you need your own screws. This worked great for our face painter at the birthday party.

While this appears to be a dispenser on a stand that can sit on a desk, that is misleading: it will fall over as the base is far too small and light to counter balance the actual dispenser. So, you have to bolt it down onto a bigger base. So, without additional hardware and materials, the unit is useless. Disappointing.
