Harry Potter Lego Advent Calendar
Anything connected with Harry Potter is bound to be expensive so I was happy to find this on sale after Christmas. I'll save it for my grandchildren for next year. I was a little surprised to discover that the calendar itself is actually the box. You have to dismantle the box to form the calendar and I'm not sure if it actually works to have the lego pieces behind the windows as you would in a normal advent calendar, but I'm sure it will still be a hit with children who love legos and Harry Potter. Not sure I would have paid the full price which was twice the sale price, but then, I don't always follow sound financial practices when it comes to buying gifts for grandchildren.

I get these for my kids everywhere. My sons favorite is the Harry Potter themed ones and it never disappoints! The best part is that he continues to play with them all year long.
