**Q: Are these shoes true to size**
A: I usually wear a size 9-9.5. Since these are a Birkenstock style, that (rim/edge) that runs around the entire upper, takes up foot room. I sized up to a 10 for comfort. I have to do the same with my Birks.

**Q: How can you clean them?**
A: Hand wash, and dry Whit the blower

**Q: Do they feel heavy when walking up stairs?**
A: I don’t think so. Lightweight. Comfy. Not heavy in my opinion.

**Q: fit narrow feet ?**
A: Most definitely!

Very fluffy look just like the picture, but they are very hard on the feet no cushion. Also they are not adjustable they fit me okay but could definitely be tighter
