Well made. Fits perfectly and is easy to fit. The soft close is good too.

Good toilet lid at a good price. Lost a star as there was a big black mark on it. Most of it came off but some wouldn't.

Very good quality and easy to install, worth the price

Great quality easy to fit but the lid hits the flush handle so closes as soon as opened so you have to hold open before sitting down. This is a shame as it’s a great quality seat

Easy to install, looks great

The product seemed fine however very lightweight. I would hope it would last but I went for a more robust branded seat instead. Instructions were clear and simple and all parts were enclosed. It seemed like it would be a doddle to install. However don’t take any chances and be 100% sure it’s the right fit for your toilet and bear your usage in mind because the returns process is a complete headache. The seller’s customer service was very unhelpful. It was frustrating and I eventually had to involve Amazon for a satisfactory resolution. The seller’s page says there’s a return label in the box for Prime purchases but there wasn’t one and when I contacted them they refused to provide a replacement return label and wanted me to pay for return postage. Return shipping via Evri cost just shy of £10 more than half what the seat cost. They will only pay for return shipping if they’ve made an error.
