It is heavy so make sure you have a friend along to lift into place. Morryde recommends putting the base in first then putting in the tray but I installed it all together and just slid the tray back and forth to install the unit. I was really surprised how easy it was to install. I’m 72 years old and the boss lady is 73. It weighs about 125 pounds with the tray in. FYI you will have to supply your own hardware. We used #10 1 1/2 inch screws. So far it looks great and works just fine. PS an RV dealer is going to charge you about $300 bucks to install.
