Solid, effective therapy for stiff muscles
Was really surprised at the weight of the item. The wings on the ends give you good leverage. The edges are smooth and rounded. The quality of the item is professional grade.

Fantastic tool for massage!
I’ve been looking at different bars and I finally settled on this one and I’m very happy! The weight is sturdy enough you know you’ll see results but not heavy enough to hurt someone accidentally. Fits in your hand perfectly, works with you instead of against you!

Great product
This is totally functional, but I honestly feel like you could use the handle of a dinner knife and get the same results

Amazing for sore muscle relief
My new favorite toy! Amazing for getting knots out the pain relief was so good and really massaging the muscles after a workout. Love that it’s durable and super easy to clean.
