Plug and play. Set your gain with bass dial at max and start playing your system. It will control your subs to 0 volume all the way to full tilt with clip and protect lights so you dont blow up your expensive subs.

Bought this because the taramps I bought didn't come with one. It works great and shows how the amp is functioning with the lights on the front. Wire is long and built good and the component itself is solid. But could be a bit cheaper in my opinion. Turn the bass up or down with ease. Compatible with Taramps HD3000 among others.

I normally am used to poor quality stuff. But this was an amazing purchase. The quality of it is amazing! The cord for it is more than enough to reach from head unit to amp! Worth every bit of money I paid for it!

Very good idea to have the clip indicator lights. However, the clip indicator light on my Taramps 3K comes on with slightly lesser volume than it takes to trigger the clip indicator light on the bass knob. I would give this a 5 star review if the clipping lights were in sync and if the cool blue light that is always on no matter what, wasn’t as bright as the sun. You can’t drive at night with it as bright as it is, it’s like having your dome light on and driving. I covered the blue light with tape, all I really care to see are if the clip lights illuminate. But any short comings of these accessories, a Taramps amplifier makes up for anything. Their bass amplifiers are absolutely amazing!

Does not work with the Bass 5k model amp. Brightness is really bright, but it’s well built

Works great not an issue yet. Only works for smart 5 and up so be mindful.
