It froze up and now it will not work.

product would not even turn on and instruction manual was useless.

Feels sturdy, and functions as described.The manual is not altogether clear on how to use all of the buttons, yet because of the minimal number of buttons, it is easy to ascertain how to use them for replay, deletion, etc.The battery charging red light switches off when fully charged, which is not mentioned in the manual that comes with it. It has a USB cable for charging or plugging into a PC. There is no micro card reader with it.The small screen is clear enough to see how to use the menu, set configurations, etc.Still pictures and videos are good enough for those wanting simple visual records; to be any better would require increased costs in its manufacture.One may either view photos and videos on the monocular's screen, or attach it to a PC, or remove the micro SDHC (which one would have to acquire oneself) to plug into a micro card reader.There is also no accompanying hand strap for holding it securely, though there are two slots available for such a strap to be acquired for fastening.All in all, good enough for the price. In the course of time when using it, I'll feed back any more information that may be noteworthy.
