Can I use thick concentrated soap directly?

No. This foam soap dispenser requires diluted liquid soap. Please mix concentrated soap with water at a ratio of 1:3 to 1:5 and shake well before use. Thick soap will cause clogging, pump failure or inability to spring back.

Why isn’t foam coming out when I first use it?

For first-time use, press the pump several times to remove air inside until foam comes out smoothly.

What should I do if the pump gets stuck?

Do not use excessive force when pressing. If the pump is stuck, do not twist or force it roughly to avoid damaging the internal spring.

How to fix a clogged pump?

If clogged, disassemble the pump and rinse the inner channel with warm water to remove residue, then air dry and reinstall.

What liquids should I avoid using?

Do not fill with granular, exfoliant, high-alcohol liquids, oils, shampoos or hot water, as these may damage the pump and seal.
