Works great and doesn't cut corners or stick logos in your face.
Was immediately set up on my existing network with no issues, worked fast, has the QR actually on the device (side-eye @ some Aqara products), multiple mounting options with a strong magnet and extra mounting screw, no obtrusive unremovable logo on the front--though they include stickers to do just that if that's the vibe you want. It's what it should be that other companies cut corners on.Really though, I press button: Button does the thing. What more do you want?

Save yourself the future headache.
Ordered 2 in mid 2024. The first one has needed a reboot and re-add 3 times (meaning I needed to re-enter the automations for it multiple times). The second is dead after just 6 months. Tried new batteries (even though last status was 100%), reboot, reset. The button is dead, caput, no-mas.Stateless matter devices have been the least reliable in my home automation setup, and the arre matter button is the worst. And at $35 apiece? Not acceptable. Save yourself the future headaches. (FWIW my system is predominantly Apple Home, with about 50 or so devices including Aqara, Nanoleaf, Eve, Meross, Tapo, in a mixture of zigbee, wifi and thread.)

Now working great
Worked right away with HomeKit. No issues at all! A bit pricey but I love the convenience.I now give it one star as in the last week the button has been unreliable, mostly showing "unresponsive."After my poor review, the company contacted me (Sam), and I realized that the inconsistency came from my Thread device (Apple 4K). Sam sent me another Thread device so I could test and troubleshoot my setup. Everything is now working great. Thank you, Sam!

Be sure your HomeKit hub is Thread compatible
It says it works with HomeKit. However when trying to pair it, I got an error that said I needed a Thread Border Router.Fine. I thought it was a hiccup since my Apple TV 4K (3rd generation) Wi-Fi was from late 2022, and I've got quite a few Matter accessories already. I restarted Apple TV and my iPhone and reset the Tuo button.Same error message. Come to find out my Apple TV 4K (3rd generation) Wi-Fi is not the Apple TV 4K (3rd generation) Wi-Fi + Ethernet. The latter is Thread enabled but mine is not.I'm sure this button will be awesome for anyone with a compatible HomeKit hub that supports Thread.I really wanted to use it and bummed my not even two year old Apple TV didn't support it. I have returned it.

Excellent product and Outstanding Customer support
First thing first.....Tuo is being rebranded as Arre. SO don't be confused when see different brand name on box that is shipped. At first I could not get this to connect to my thread network or homekit, and contacted arre support and I IMMEDIATELY got a response via email to ask if I was available to troubleshoot via phone and they called immediately. Customer service timing and response was outstanding and immediate. Sam was able to walk me though connection process and even stayed on the line while set up some actions to make sure it worked.Absolutely love this product and happy with its performance. Almost zero delay in response from action of button to devices turning on. Even more happy with top notch customer service.

Never worked like it was supposed to
Greatly disappointed. It seemed like a great product. I had no issues getting it to connect with Apple homekit, but the button never worked. I tried to assign the "1 click" to turn on one of my lights and the "2 clicks" to turn it off. In the application, it connects fine, but when clicking the button nothing happens. I have reset it several times and it reconnects fine, but it does not follow the Commands. It is very frustrating.

Awesome!
I bought this button because it is Matter and Thread compatible. I use it to manually turn on/off two lights in my den. One light is smart nanoleaf bulb and 1 LED string uses a Eve Energy Smart Plug. Both are Matter and Thread compatible. The lights turn on/off quickly. I turn my home Wi-Fi off at night but since these devices use Thread they all work perfectly. I have an Apple TV connected via Ethernet as my border router.

These are amazing!
Finally reliable buttons that work without hubs or any other complications.Just scan the QR in the home app and you are good to go!NB: If you ship this outside US then DHL may remove the batteries. That happened in my case shipping to Philippines.
