Im so pleased with this direct drive cleaner. I was going to order this part thru Dyson . I looked up to see if Amazon sells these vacuum attachments. I was unsure if it works on all my carpets and rugs. It does fit certain Dyson vacuums. You have to look up what Dyson you have. I have the Dyson V10 Copper. For the price you can't beat it . I have two dogs . My border Collie sheds a lot and this vacuum part does the job. I have wooden floors and it works like a charm . Another thing i like about this vacuum attachment it automatically adjust to any rug or carpet. You dont have to bend down to use the button to adjust what level you want it on. I also purchase the filters and it's like I have a new vacuum. If you really want your Dyson to work like you first purchase it I suggest you to purchase the filters. You will notice the difference rt away. Im so happy I decided to give it a try . I made the rt decision. In the near future I will order more parts thru Amazon. Thank you Amazon for another great product. Now I'm going to vacuum my life away lol.

EDIT TO AD THAT THE PRODUCT STOPPED WORKING ALTOGETHER. DON’T WASTE YOUR MONEY! I have three black labs that shed a lot. My Dyson stick vac has been great but I needed a new head when I realized that the brushes were gone from the beater bar. I thought I’d save a few bucks with this one but I’m sorry I did. Too late to return it as I’ve been a preoccupied with much more important issues. This one leaves lines of dog hair on each back stroke on the carpet so one must continually vacuum backwards to get the lines. On the floors, it leaves clumps that one must pick up the head to put on top of the fuzzy pile. It’s not worth the hassle and I’d not recommended it to anyone. Buy the OEM part and be happier with your vacuum!

The Odashen Direct Drive Cleaner Head is an excellent replacement for my Dyson vacuum! The brush rolls smoothly, picking up dirt, dust, and pet hair with ease, even on carpets and hard floors. The motorized turbine works just as well as the original Dyson part, and I’m impressed by the quality—it feels sturdy and durable. Plus, it’s a much more affordable option without sacrificing performance. If you’re looking for a reliable replacement cleaner head, I highly recommend this one.

This looked like it was very similar to the original antitangle comb head until I looked closer. Looking at the top, they look identical. Looking at the bottom, the differences are significant and meaningful. First, on the inner wall on the side where it connects to the vacuum there are no pieces like on the original that collect debris and hair. Also, the bristles are much thinner and lower quality than the original. There's also a ridged line that wraps around on the original in between the rows of bristles that helps pick things up on the original but that is missing on this version. It isn't a bad replacement, but the differences are enough that I prefer buying another of the original.

The power on this head was weak and did not pick up much more than basic dust. We bought this in June and the motor died three months later. Only a 30 day return policy. DO NOT recommend. We should have purchased an official Dyson product. You get what you pay for.

However, in the past few months, the cleaner head started working only about 50% of the time, so I knew it was time for an upgrade. I decided to try this unit, and it performs just as impressively as my V10 did when it was brand new.

Ich benutze dieses Teil schon lange an meinem Dyson V10. Seit einiger Zeit machte das alte Teil ungewöhnliche Geräusche, die ich trotz intensiver Reinigung nicht beheben konnte. Wahrscheinlich war ein Lager der Bürste beschädigt. Ich kaufte das gleiche Teil als Ersatz. Es ist identisch mit dem Originalteil, funktioniert super, kein ungewöhnliches Geräusch mehr. Sehr empfehlenswert wenn das das Original den Geist aufgibt. Ich hoffe, dass es auch wieder so lange hält wie das erste Teil.
