Phenyx Pro Medium Carrying Case with Customizable Pre-Diced Foam PCSE-M

What a great case!! I'm using it for something somewhat unconventional, my cordless impact driver including 2 batteries a charger and 4 impact sockets. After customization, everything fits perfectly. It's super durable, and built to perfection. I would highly recommend this case if you want to keep of value protected..

Very nice but there is a gap between the top lid and bottom foam when closed. I had to add a 1 inch thick layer to the top to keep small items from shifting.

This case fits the Phenix Pro PTU-5000 wireless microphones perfectly! The foam inserts that come in the case are not easy to cut and shape AT ALL. However, I will echo some of the other reviews that say that the foam packing that your microphones and transmitter box came in fit this case perfectly and I'm using those instead of the foam that came with the case. I tried cutting to fit the mics and box but it really was messy and difficult. I took off one star because the foam that was included served no purpose other than a frustration and wasted time. I kept ONE tiny strip of the foam that came with the case just to use as added protection for the transmitter box, overkill I'm sure, but I'd rather it lasts! Do yourself a favor, keep the foam packing your mics came in and just use those in the case! Other than that, seems solid, not too heavy and keeps my equipment safe, especially if someone decides to "help" by carrying and isn't quite as gentle with my expensive equipment as I would be!

Perfect for my 10-channel Mackie mixer (ProFX10v3+). So good, in fact, I bought another one for my cheaper wireless mics and receiver. I wouldn't roll them down a flight of stairs, but they'll work to make carrying the equipment easier and definitely provide more protection than a soft carrying case.

This case comes with a big foam insert that is perforated. It was a bit of a pain pulling out the perforation to match the IEMs, and it took me about an hour to do, but it all fits nice and snug. I would say that this is a medium case...not heavy duty. Don't expect it to survive anything traumatic, but it will protect the equipment in most scenarios, like an amp falling over onto it.
