does it work on induction

I don't know what induction is, sorry. I used it on my gas stove in my RV and it is fantastic!

Has anybody had this griddle warp?

Yes. TOTALLY warps. Warps BADLY. I used it probably two times and now it's twisted so bad it's completely useless. Go with a cast iron or thick cast aluminum cooktop if you don't want warping. My T-Fal griddle is now completely useless.

Is there a trough around the perimeter for bacon grease and whatnot to flow into while cooking?

No but the bacon fries better setting in it grease you will fry a pound at a time it works great

Can this be used in the stove gas oven? (to make a turkey for example)

Usually, yes, these items are fully oven-safe (handles will be hot, of course). however, the sides are not high enough for turkey drippings...I would recommend against that particular use.
