MARSHALLTOWN 5 Gallon Pour Spout, Bucket Lid Spout, Paint Pouring Tool

Anyone who has bought paint by the bucket knows how difficult it is to pour sometimes without making a big mess down the top and sides of the bucket. No matter what I did, I still managed to spill paint down the bucket somehow. After a couple rounds of frustration, I looked into this product. It works great! I have had this on my bucket in place of the standard cap the buckets come with normally. Its been on the bucket for 6 months and no issue at all with the product or freshness of the paint. It provides air tight protection and a very easy pour spout. This is a must have for your pain bucket. No mess. Easy Install. You keep your paint fresh. It really doesn't get much better than that!

It fit our Sherwin-Williams 5 gallon pail with no spill and sealed well.

Great product! Took me a couple minutes to figure it out, but there appears to be multiple ways of attaching to different proprietary openings on 5 gallon buckets. Love the result.

This has worked well. I bought a five-gallon bucket of paint, because I have a lot of painting to do and I wanted to try and save money. This spout made it way easier to pour and not waste paint by accidently spilling the giant, heavy bucket. It's also nice that it comes with a cap for the spout, because after you pour, you can just put the cap on and leave it.

Since I haven't used this yet , I definitely say it is made very well & should fit & work as advertised .

Other than the weight of the five gallon bucket this makes pouring paint into smaller containers a lot easier. Only a small amount of paint remains on the spout after pouring, not much waste at all. I’ve only used one but it comes with multiple attachments for connecting to the bucket.

Terrible design. I luckily found a spout that home depot sold years ago that screws on the 5 gal bucket bung plug. HD's is simple, this thing is overly complicated - the base screws on to your container but he spout snaps on to the base. The problem is the spout can easily snap OFF the base if you bump it lightly on anything - not good when you are trying to lift and manage a full heavy five gallons of thick paint!

The item was ordered and shipped just fine. However, there was very little information on diameter for screwing into the bucket. All it said was it had multiple fittings for multiple sizes. So, I took a chance to see these would fit my buckets. No these did not. These were too big for the bucket spots that I have.

I tried to install on a plastic lid. The only way I know to make it work is to glue it on. I glued it and the first little bump, off it came. Maybe there should be instructions to help. Should be simple, but I can't figure it out.
