It is very bright
Purchased for the house. This has a really bright light (1500 lumens - 3 hours of battery ) that has adjustable focusing. Also has a low light (200 lumens - 35 hours battery life ) that will probably be my primary setting. Also offers a strobe light option. It takes 4 D cell batteries. So far, so good!!!

Best flashlight ever!
this flashlight is very bright and covers a large area. It doesn’t cast shadows. I bought 2 more.

Great flashlight
Great flashlight...very bright...bought several and put them in each car still in the package to use for emergency. Liked that I could see that the batteries were not leaking before I put them in the flashlight. Have thrown away several flashlights over the years because of battery leakage while in the unit.

Not quite as strong as expected
For a non-rechargeable flashlight battery only this flashlight is OK. I was a little disappointed that it didn’t have a longer distance. With 4 D cell batteries I expected a little better. Finding a traditional battery only flashlight has been a challenge. Lots of rechargeable ones out there but very few battery only.

Bad battery connectivity
Stopped working and new batteries don’t seem to make it work. From the beginning the connectivity on the battery terminals was spotty at best. Guessing they discontinued this because of bad design.
