This ball only worked for 15 minutes and then never turned on again, no matter how long I charged it for... My dog was scared when she saw the ball moving on its own and didn't play with it, so it must have been faulty.Additionally, the ball is really heavy for its size and can't be thrown inside the house if you have wood; so can't even use it as a normal ball. What a waste of money...

The ball charged quickly and appeared to be made of quality robust material, after being played with none stop for half an hour Frank let it alone, on inspection the outer cover had move and I was unable to charge the ball. After a bit of persuasion I managed to re aline the ball and charge it. This happened a couple of times but the ball was enjoyed by Frank to the point he would sit and stare while it charged. Unfortunately after a week it is now refusing to charge.... charger is not as robust as ball and instructions state you must take care conecting charger , which we were..Frank is nowvery miffed! I would say this feels like a great product and is fun while it lasts but unfortunately it has become an expensive ball!I would have given it 5 stars had it lasted but 2is more than enough as the cost over shadows the fun the dog had.
