Last Confection 9" x 3" Aluminum Round Cake Pan - Professional Bakeware

I had narrowed down to "Fat Daddio's" and "Last Confection" 9" x 3" pans; exactly the same price. Haven't baked with them yet, but Last Confection wins for initial impression: it is heavier, the labels were extremely easy to remove, there was no odor. Fat Daddio's: odor from pan on opening; the tiny dot of adhesive that affixes the inside paper label was VERY hard to remove; the sticker on the bottom was VERY hard to remove (still haven't gotten it all off, as I write this... so frustrating). The Last Confection pan is heavier, feels higher quality. Haven't baked with them yet, but wanted to offer my initial impressions (before I forgot). Also, the Last Confection pan arrived more quickly.

Giving 5 stars for this pan. It’s easy to remove & sturdy. The cake came out perfectly! Great price for high quality product! Will order more sizes!Update: This pan is made to last for long time. I constantly use it almost 3-4 times per week. I even place it directly on the burner to make the caramel, the pan still looks good after that. The heat is distributed evenly so I get the perfect shape and color every single time.Note: Please treat it well. Do not use sharp things to scrape around the pan or it will be scratched!

Great little cake pan!! 4x2 I used it to bake a cake for my sons first birthday...his own smash cake. I did spray the pan with Pam cooking spray. When the cake was done and it cooled..the cake came out perfect. Nothing stuck. Great pan for a great price. Was not paid or reimbursed for this review. Would definitely recommend

These are additional pans to compliment other sizes I have purchased from this company. Great set of pans! I thought I'd replace my old pans with some new anodized aluminum ones and very glad I chose these from Last Confection. Great quality and they clean up great. These together with the Regency Even Bake strips are getting me the best cakes I've ever baked!

I was surprised when looking for a pan by how many reviewers complained about receiving a damaged pan. That was not the case in my order as the pan arrived in great condition. It is exactly what I was looking for to bake fruitcakes. I've baked one so far and this pan performed just as I hoped. The fruitcake turned out perfectly and the pan helped a lot in that outcome. Clean-up was easy. I can't comment yet on durability as I've only used it once. I expect things to wear out with use and aluminum is easily dented. I won't be baking fruitcake every week and therefore hope this pan will be useful for at least five years or so. It's not outrageously expensive; so five years of use would be a good value for the money.

Bought this to use in my air fryer - unfortunately I did not read the washinginstructions properly and put it in the dishwasher. Came out stained. l Notreally sure if I can still us it as when I wiped it with a paper towel the towelbecame dirty. Probably will have to throw out because of my error.

First time making Japanese Cheesecake and was worried about using this pan instead of a springform... Cheesecake came out of the pan without any problems at all and easy to clean ... Happy with my purchase
