Hiseeu 5MP PoE PTZ Security Camera Outdoor with Auto-Tracking

The Hiseeu CCTV Camera System is a great choice for anyone looking for reliable and affordable home security. It offers clear video quality, allowing users to monitor their property with confidence both day and night. The night vision feature works well, providing visible footage even in low-light conditions. Installation is simple and user-friendly, making it ideal for beginners without technical experience. I also appreciate the mobile app access, which lets me check live footage anytime and anywhere. Overall, Hiseeu delivers excellent value for money, combining useful features, durability, and dependable performance for everyday security needs.

Second time buying Hiseeu cameras and I still really like this brand. The 5MP video quality is clear, auto tracking works well, and the 2-way audio is useful. The PTZ coverage (300° pan / 90° tilt) gives great visibility, and the human tracking + spotlight alarm add peace of mind. PoE setup is easy, no monthly fee, and performance has been very reliable. Would definitely purchase again.

Great camera for the price I bought this camera to keep an eye on my driveway and honestly I’m really happy with it. The setup was pretty simple and the app connected without any issues. The picture quality is very clear during the day and the night vision works surprisingly well too. The auto-tracking feature is actually useful—it follows movement smoothly so you can see what’s happening instead of just a fixed view. I also like the two-way audio because I can talk through the camera if needed. Overall it feels like a solid camera for the price and gives me peace of mind when I’m not home. Definitely a good purchase and I’d recommend it if you’re looking for an affordable security camera.

Cameras work awesome, quality is exceptional. I have 8 of these at my Fishing Camp and can access them via the phone APP. I can see everything remotly and protect my property. These cameras with the tilt, pan, and 2 way audio feature are great. Had an issue with one of the cameras shortly after purchasing them. Sent email to Customer Servcie and they replaced the camera quickly. NVR - 5-stars, Cameras - quality , ease of use, image clarity -5 stars, Customer service handling problems -via email with ultra quick response and taking care of the problem -10 stars. Would recommend this product/company, very pleased and impressed with their commitment to taking care of thier customers.

The camera stopped working, it's supposed to be under warranty for one year, called customer service many times with no help at all. I paid a technician for two visits with no luck. Following that, few days later, Hiseeu sent me an email with many requests for pictures with different setups, but I was not going to call the technician again. I already paid him more than the price of the camera!
